How to return items
Step 1
Please inform us about the return of the product at contact@hellococo.eu. Let us know, why are you returning the items so that we can improve our services in the future. Please do not forget to include your order number.
Step 2
Send the goods to us by registered mail, ideally in the same packaging the items were delivered to you, at the address:

Step 3
After receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract and delivery of the returned items, the seller shall refund all payments received under the contract or in connection with it to the buyer. This includes the costs of transport, delivery and postage and other costs and fees. The refund will be made within 14 days in the same payment method that the buyer used paying for the items. The buyer can also agree with the seller on another method of refunding the payment.
Conditions
Please send the items to us complete, undamaged, preferably in the original packaging and unused, otherwise the buyer is responsible for the loss of item value, which occurred because of inappropriate handling, and which goes beyond the treatment necessary to determine the properties and functionality of the goods.
