Hello Coco treatment is a pain free and safe procedure suitable for everyone. Activated charcoal is prepared according to international standards, therefore you won’t feel any sensitivity on your teeth or irritation of your gums.

From the day your order, the standard delivery time is 2-3 days. If you want to collect the product yourself or choose a different type of delivery you can find all the relevant information here. Even though our products don’t have any negative side effects, we want to be precautious and therefore we do not recommend use of Hello Coco products by pregnant women.

The answer is NO. We are of the opinion that cosmetic products should be cruelty free. We love animals and that is what we care about when creating Hello Coco products.

The product is very easy to use and all you must do is insert it in your mouth. The product can be connected to your Android phone or iPhone. It is also compatible with all desktop devices and can be connected by a standard USB connection. It is pain free, safe to use and suitable for everyone. The gel works with the LED light and the results are visible after 16 minutes.

Our formula was created for gentle teeth whitening and not to cause damage to tooth enamel. A beautiful white smile is pain free with Hello Coco.

Yes, it is. The mouthpiece can be washed under running water but be careful that the water doesn’t get into the electric connection at the end of the cable. After the wash just wipe it dry.

If you didn’t find the answer in the manual, we recommend the following steps:

• Connect you LED mouthpiece to your mobile device, unlock it and turn it on
• The light on the mouthpiece should be on for 16 minutes, after that the light should go off
• If this step doesn’t work, try to connect the mouthpiece to a different device
• If this still doesn’t work, please contact us at contact@hellococo.euk and we will exchange your mouthpiece with a new one.

We recommend using the LED Kit every day, the best time is in the evening, for one week. For the best results we recommend using the LED Kit with the Hello Coco foam toothpaste or the Hello Coco Activated Charcoal. The Treatment should be repeated after 6 weeks.

The use of the Whitening pen will prolong the whiteness of your teeth. For the best result we recommend repeating the treatment every 6 weeks.

If your gel pens, which are included in the kit, are empty you can purchase gel replacement refills at our eshop.

1. Twist the bottom part of the pen until you see the gel release
2. Brush your teeth and then apply a thin layer of gel on the front of your teeth. Avoid gums.
3. Insert the LED mouthpiece, turn it on and leave it to do its work. It will turn itself off after 15 minutes.
4. Use every day for 7 days, then repeat treatment after 6 weeks.
5. For better results do not drink, eat, or smoke for 1 hour after the treatment.
6. Before you wash your mouthpiece with water, make sure you separate it from the LED device.

The first mode is a 15 minutes effective whitening with the blue light. The second mode is a 10 minutes of effective whitening with the red and the blue light which also reduces sensitivity a remineralises your tooth enamel.

2. Brush your teeth in circular movement for 3 minutes

The corrector is best used after the whitening treatment, but can be used as part of your daily routine or before the whitening treatment. Wet you toothbrush and shake off any excess water. Dip the toothbrush in the powder making sure that the bristles are evenly covered. Thoroughly clean your teeth for 30 seconds and then rise out. Gently remove any excess color from your teeth.
